Water is forming on the floor. Appears the water is pooling under the crisper drawer, then seeps through the seal. GE TBX 18CI. Any ideas?

You should not have any water at all forming inside the frig compartment unless you have a water dispenser on the frig. The water resevoir is located in the frig compartment at the bottom behind crisper. There may be a small leak or loose water connection on it. Hope this helps.

Water in bottom left crisper drawer and under drawer

I'm sorry to say that it sound as though your door gasket may no longer be sealing correctly.

For me, it's simply a task of getting a replacement gasket for that make and model.

To remove the old one you would, simply, peel the inside of the gasket toward the outside of the edge of the door revealing the mounting screws. Remove these screws all the way around and replace with the new one in the same fashion...

The reason that I recommend this is that humid air outside of the refrigerator can seep past a worn gasket and condense on the inside surfaces making its way to the bottom and into those drawers.

Refrigerator leaking water

This sounds like the water line from the icemaker and the cool water reservior inside the refridgerator side. The line is a rigid plastic hose and could be a leak at one point that is small enough to allow water to run along the line. Also sounds like you have a humidity problem. Check the door seals and wipe them off and apply a thin coat of die-electric grease to the seal. this will help keep it pliable and soft.
The water in the bottom leaks into a trough that is made into the fridge. This usaully evaporates, This is for the auto-defrost. It keeps the water from getting on the floor.
Check to see if the outer door gets hot at the edges. If not, It may not be auto-defrosting.
I would first check the water line first as this seems to be a more serious issue right now. The line is probably loose at one of the connections between the ice maker and water reservior.

Water pooling under my express thaw bin in bottom of refrigerator

no connection between lower drawer and water dispenser, however there is a water tank behind the crisper's storing water for the dispenser, its possible that there is a hole in the tank or a connection is leaking there and dripping water. remove all 3 crisper's and give a look at it. try getting water from dispenser while your checking (Might only leak when water dispenses
