different watches have different case backs. You need to send a picture with yours or send the model number so we can see what is the case back system. Omega has many vintage ladies models.
It looks like a gold filled case and of course it's a standard wind. I would put a value on your watch if it is in running order of $100.00. This may not be what you could get for it but if it was being sold in good running condition that would be a fair price. Hope this helps, gabe.
there is no way to overwind a watch . If your watch crown and stem is stuck and cant turn then one of the wheels are broken or clogged. You will need to take apart the movement of the watch to explore the problem. It is highly recommended to bring it in to a watchmaker at this point.
