Check if the orifice is clean.  If not, dissassemble, soak it in solvent and blow with pressurized air.  Do not put wire through the orifice as it will surely change the size and wreck the said part.

If you have an older tt xl it will only take up to a 2gb sd card. Larger than that you will get errors.
