sounds like a problem with the lamp. bad lamp, reached max hrs, too soon to restrike lamp after power lost, etc. are either of the lamp or temp lights showing anything? http://service.us.panasonic.com/OPERMANPDF/PTAX100U.PDF
since it has worked 1200 hours or even more since u have been resetting the counter! just change the lamp, resetting the counter does not make the lamp work or not work , it is only a reminder for the user to change the bulb when it should be & that u have some balance hours left to procure a new lamp! if the brightness is adequate, then it is a ballast problem & not lamp problem! buy a new lamp as u will anyway need to , fit it & it may solve ur problems permanently!
