Much of the time your subscription is for a year or two. Close to the time your subscription is up the magazine publisher will send you a renewal form to renew your subscription. To unsubscribe you just throw the renewal form, if you don't want to renew the magazine, after you read it, in the trash. They may say to do nothing if you want to renew; at this time you'll have to say you want to cancel the magazine or it may automatically be renewed. If you want to cancel your magazine subscription mid-year, you'll have to find the publisher's address somewhere in the magazine and write them to say you want to cancel. They may or may not give you back any of your subscription money.
Go back into the site you ordered the resume. there should be a subscriptions link that you can access and cancel. If not, try accessing the main page on what subscription you have started. there may be a cancellation on that. If still unable to, you may have to go to your bank and change your card number or get them to decline transactions to the account your subscription is accessing. Once you stop paying, im sure the Company who has the subscription will be in touch.
