There is usually a jamb nut at the base of the refrig, have one person raise one side of unit so you can see if this is it, if so take a wrench and loosen jamb nut and adjust leg to your desired height, then retighten jamb nut so adjustment holds, some just adjust w/o a jamb nut

Adjust the front wheels so the fridge is higher in the front then it is in the back. The water will run to the evaporator tray which is where it should go.

How can I lower a model # ET21GK refrigerator. Are the wheel adjustable ?

Looking at the parts diagram it does not appear that they are. If they are, look at the front of the unit, near the base and check for a slot for a wrench or a screwdriver, the last one of these I had to install was too tall and I ended up having to trim the cabinet rails on the bottom by taking the whole cabinet down and potting it on a table saw.

Don,
Most refrigerators do not have wheels that can be adjusted in the rear. The only adjustable ones are the two up front.

Leaning to the left

if you remove the front lower kick panel there are screws on each side that lower and raise the wheels at the bottom, turn screws to adjust level, I think it is a 5/16 head bolt

I just moved into this apt and it seems the refrigerator runs all the time with a hum. It is a 2006 Whirlpool.

It is vibration of compressor. Try adjusting the balance wheels at the bottom to eliminate the sound. But some humming will still ontinues.

Is there a height adjustment for the back wheels on my side by side refrigerator?

No. Most modern FFs now only have adjustments at the front and have roller wheels at the rear for ease of movement
