What is the watts for the cd player?

It's published rating is a measly 13 watts per channel (four channels total). That is very low for a car head unit and isn't going to drive the typical speakers this would be used with to normalr volumes without distorting. Frankly, this entry-level unit is really designed for use with external front, rear and sub amps, which is why Eclipse designed it with three sets of pre-outs. On the positive side, the line voltage level resistance on those outputs is relatively low (55 ohms), so this unit will provide a good amount of gain into a given amp.

I am working on a wurlitzer model 3000 amplifier model 546b the audio is distorted and the voltage seems to be floating on the output transtors when I turn up the volume the power on the outputs drops ...

They are actually lamps used as a current limiter. If that helps.(?) They have low resistance for a fraction of a second.
I can't be more helpful than that but that's what they do. You can get them from Radio Spares and they have a particular name. You could try The Jukebox Man (UK). He is an amp specialist and will at least know what you are referring to.

Help my fuse is blow!

If the amp blows fuses only AFTER you send remote turn-on voltage to the amp, the amp probably has blown output transistors. To eliminate other possible causes, read through the following page.

Need help in installing amp.

depending on the power consumption of the amp u will need to run a 4-12 ga wire to the positive battery terminal. then u need to ground it with a wire connected to a clean ground like a chassis bolt. next u need preamp outputs on ur deck to send audio signals to the amp. lastly u need to hook up a remote wire to the blue wire in ur cd player harness

With your multimeter set to DC volts, the black meter lead on the ground terminal of the amp and the head unit on (so the amp will have remote voltage applied), touch the red lead alternately to the B+ and remote terminals of the amp. If the voltage is below ~11 volts, you need to check the wiring feeding whichever line is too low.

If the voltage remains near or above 12v, disconnect all speaker wires from the speaker terminals of the amp and disconnect signal cables from the amp. If it powers up, the wiring needs to be checked. If it still shuts down, the amp likely has blown output transistors.

No output when I play a CD

what kind of vehicle do you have? i am going to guess your vehicle has a stock amp that it uses to power your speakers? you will have to hook up the remote wire for the amp to the wire that powers the amp in your vehicle (the stock amp) right now it seems like you have the "power antenna" wire hooked up to the stock amp in your vehicle.
