Hi there! Thank you a lot! I had the same issue at work. I could not solve that problem for a long time. I usually use a VPN at Home but there are also several reasons to use it at work as well. I would like all the data I share with clients to be secured. I also recommend everyone to take a close look at this problem!

I have reseted the router configuration back to Factory Default, and set it up again from the beginning. I think the problem was at the firewall settings.

You will need to talk to the IT lead at your job to see if he has given you proper allowances to access the VPN server.
You also may want to check the errors or prompts screens that the the PC is giving this will tell you what the next step is.
Please provide more information as to you issue your issue is not complete as to what you are experiencing for your VPN connection.
2. check the VPN configuration in your PC also there may be a firewall issue here that is not allowing you to connect.

I just had this problem and finally figured out that in order to access a public wifi network while the VPN is running and there is no other cell service you need to 1. Hit the "kill" switch within the Nord VPN app, then 2. Retry loading the gogo internet landing page. 3. Then log in to gogo as you normally would. 4. Once logged into gogo wifi THEN you can turn off the Nord VPN "kill" switch to put you back into VPN mode.
Wish I had figured this on my outbound flight. But at least I figured it out heading home.
