SOURCE: Leak off pump housing

Sidewinder, sounds like it's leaking from the pump gasket or the water seal assy on the impeller. Check the locking ring to the pump housing and see if you can increse the pressure to the tub. Also check the tightness of the motor fan assy. to the impeller assy. tighten if necessary. Pump gasket part number is 912529. Impeller seal part number is 903494. Catriver..post back.

SOURCE: Kawasaki Oil Pump Leak

Bad seal in the pump itself. It is like a weep hole in a water pump. It is letting you know it is time to be replaced.

SOURCE: lay z spa water pump is faulty where can I get a

Hi Im Chris From BVL Elecric,
I cover Bournemouth and surrounding areas and supply solutions to most home electrical problems.
A lovely lady customer called me out today to diagnose faulty
LAY-Z-SPA
pump/heater that kept tripping the RCD.
After scouring the net and finding this same problem over and over again but no solution,I decided to get personal with the blighter!!!
RESULT:- problem solved,
Customer very happy,
no new parts fitted,
water heating fine now.
If you live in my coverage area, have a LAY-Z-SPA that is faulty,no or limited warranty then give me a ring and I will be only to happy to come on over and fix it for a small fee.
just think that dead spa/pool heater/pump could be heating your water again tomorrow and there is plenty of summer left to enjoy it.
You can find my details quite easily , just google BVL Electric Bournemouth

It is possibly coming from the heat exchanger. Most heaters have a copper tube style exchanger, capped at each end by plastic or metal headers. If the tubing has been subjected to any corrosive water condition such as low PH, low calcium hardness or very high cyanuric acid levels, the tubing may have deteriorated and is leaking. You may have dismantle the heater further and check for leaking.

Hi everyone my coleman lazy spa leaks from pump is there a way to fix this?TIA

looks like this has a magnetic drive pump and are not common to leak. so disassemble and locate loose or cracked part and try silicone or epoxy to do the repair. I recommend Majic lube for rubber o-rings and gaskets Lay Spa Teardown

Leaking lay z spa pump

Firstly try some Fix-a-leak spa leak repair.
If the suspected leak is less than 1/8" that should fix it.
Or remove the paneling to find where it is coming from, there is no easy solution.

I have a leak at the bottom of the pump were the o ring is. The leak is a slow drip and the oring looks good

this is very common with these pumps. you can try replacing the o-ring. the tolerances are very close so it's best to use a new o-ring and use plenty of lube when installing. don't over tighten the bolts.

Pump is leekin water

there are a couple of places where the pump may leak. The discharge fitting, the seal plate o-ring, or the shaft seal. If the shaft seal is leaking, water will be dripping from the bottom of the pump where the motor mates to the seal plate.
