It's your decision. Either drive it like it is and hope for the best or replace it? I hate to tell people to replace anything, I can't see anything from here.
Usually, if a tap test gets it working, you replace it.

Code 12-- battery has been disconnected once in so many ignition cycles.
code 33 is ac compressor clutch.
code 35 is radiator fan relay circuit issue. Does the radiator fan work ok?
Are you having problems with your vehicle? What kind of problems?

How to install a serpentine belt on a 1991 jeep wrangler with a 2.5 engine without power steering

There should be a sticker in the engine compartment that shows the routing and you should be able to hold the tensioner back with a 3/8's ratchet with a long handle.

1991 Jeep wrangler it will turn over but it will not start...

If, when you turn on the ignition, you do not see the check engine light come on in the dash then your ecu is in need of repair. The ecu has to energize the relays that send power to the fuel pump and injectors. Until that check engine light comes on, no power will be sent to the relays, thus no start. There are a lot of posts on this site about this, called the delayed start check engine light problem.

94 wrangler dies in gear

You don't need a scanner. If you cycle the key off and on 5 times, the codes will start flashing. Here is a link to jeeps and their trouble codes. There aren't that many in the older OBD-1 systems.
https://www.2carpros.com/articles/retrieve-trouble-codes-for-chrysler-dodge-plymouth-odb1-1995-and-earlier-car-mini-van-and-light-trucks

If you have no trouble codes, check fuel pressure. Multiport injection is high pressure, above 40psi, but Jeep would have specs.

Trouble code dtc 12. what should i be looking at to fix it

code 12 is a normal code when the engine is not running. it means there is no distributor reference. When this code flashes during the key cycle, it is normal.

I have a 2004 Jeep Wrangler, when the engines is running the engine light came on and stay on. Why is that ?

It could be as simple as a loose fitting gas cap.
Turn the key on and off 3 times, on the 3rd time leaving it on.
Depending on your system, if you have a digital odometer, an error code will be displayed.
If that doesnt happen, the engine light will start flashing. Start writing down how many times it flashes per interval. It may flash 3, then stop, then flash 4, then stop, and finally flashy just two times. This means it is number 342.
Get online and look up error codes for your vehicle and match it up.
