you can check it with other sim card ,if it remains the same problem ,it
may be locked to particular network wont accept any sim card other than

Either the sim card is not activated or the card is not for this phone and will require the sim to be unlocked which many websites offer to do for about $5
you have entered the pin code wrong 3 times now you are required to enter a puk code to reset the pin code.
The puk code is sim card spesific it comes with the sim card when you get it or you can get it by calling your phone service provider of the sim card to get the puk code.
if you have entered the puk code wrong too many times you will make the sim card useless and you will have to contact your phone service provider for a new sim card, it will probably cost.
your unit need to re openline.... openline means you can use it to a different simcards or different networks.... aslike here in the phillipines... we have have here a three networks like globe,smart, and suncellular... to acces in that network we need to openline our units... if the unit are t openline and you inserted a new sim sometmes it appears to the unit or display a word "sim not valid" or " insert correct simcard"... try another option call to service provider and give them your imei number of the unit they gonna provide your codes.. thank you
