8GB Alloy Spy Micro Video DVR with Sound Activation, not detected on my windows 10 labtop

When I plug the USB cable to the labtop, no detection of device, installed the usb 2.0+3.0 drivers also. Also tried the rest of usb ports. On my older labtop has windows xp its there/

There are different reasons behind your USB cable not recognize such as:

unplug your computer/laptop: unplug the computer from the power supply , because most of the time computer or laptop don't turn off completely and mother board still get power.
Motherboard need rebooted: Some times mother board can go wrong and USB ports stop working.in this situation motherboard need reboot.
Update Device Driver
Restart and Disconnect USB Device
Uninstall Hidden Device
Uninstall USB Device
Update generic USB Hub

This is due to a missing Windows file called input.inf. The solution is as follows:
In Windows XP, you can use the MSCONFIG utility as described in the following steps:

Click Start->Run.
Type msconfig in the Open field, and then click OK.
Click the Expand File button.
Type input.inf in the File to restore box.
Type the path of the Windows XP .cab file where you want to restore the file from in the Restore from box. If you don't know the patch, click the Browse From button to locate the Windows XP .cab file.
Note: The Windows XP .cab files are stored in the I386 folder on the Windows XP CD.
Type C:\windows\inf\ in the Save file in box. This assumes that Windows XP was installed to the default directory. If Windows was not installed to the default directory, you will need to adjust the path to point to the correct directory.
Click the Expand button.
Click OK. If you are prompted to restart the computer, click Restart.

After extracting the file and restarting, try installing the mouse software again. You should no longer see this error message.

Reset the Bios.That solved the same problem i had.

SOURCE: USB gamepad is not detected.

Get the latest dirvers from the manufacturers website and install it on your pc.After that connect the gamepad.It should work fine.
Code 10 error is due to incomplete drivers or driver malfunction
