Have you tried the following:
Before you do any of the below steps try these two:
1. Within Outlook, click on Help --> Detect and Repair ( this usually fixes little issues that occur )
2. Also do a repair of the Office installation within Add/Remove Programs
First Backup your email:
1. Within Outlook, click on File --> Import and Export
2. From the list choose "Export to a file" and click Next
3. Choose Personal Folder File or PST and click Next
4. Click on Personal Folder and check "Include Subfolders" to backup everything, click Next
5. Save it somewhere you can find it like your desktop
6. Choose "Do not export duplicate items" and then click Finish
Recreate Outlook Profile
1. Close out of Outlook
2. Click on Start --> Run or tap Windows Key ( between ctrl and alt ) + R
3. Type in the word, "control" and press enter
4. Within the control panel ( make sure to switch to classic view if it is not that view already ) click on the icon that says Mail
5. Click on Show Profiles
6. Click the Remove button ( this will remove all accounts and PST files )
7. Click the Add button ( to create a new Outlook profile and create a brand new PST data file ) and call the new profile whatever you want
8. Click OK
9. Go back into Outlook and you should be prompted to add your email accounts again.
10. Once you have your email accounts added in again, go to File --> Import and Export....
RESTORING EMAIL
1. After clicking on File --> Import and Export
2. Choose "Import from another program or file" and click NEXT
3. Choose Personal Folder File or PST from the list and click NEXT
4. Browse to the file that you exported and click NEXT
5. It should read the file and find the email that you exported, choose Personal Folder Files and select "All SubFolders" to restore everything
6. Make sure that "Import items into the same folder" is selected and click finish to begin the restore process.
Hope that this helps, if not let me know....
