How do you take the back off of a zebco 33 rhino reel

So you're saying with your headlights off when you hit the brake pedal your brake lights don't work but when your headlight are on they do work? If that's the case sounds like your rear running lights and brake lights have tied themselves together on the same circuit

Get a Chilton repair manual they have a section on how to set timing. But you may be in trouble if it has a interference engine. A interference engine is where the piston and valve hit together.

Depends where the crack is and if this is an aluminum with plastic tanks or the old style copper one. The newer style plastic tank ones are pretty much not repairable.

They also kept making the older style pick up in 2000, those light will fit. The newer style lights won't.

the fuel sending unit is inside the fuel tank and is part of the fuel pump module, you either have to remove the fuel tank and then turn the fuel pump module locking ring to release the pump unit, and replace the in tire unit you may have to replace the wiring plug end most of the older pumps have been replaced by a newer style pump that uses a newer style plug, or you can remove the bed to get access to the fuel tank.....HAVE FUN

The old style sytem has the DVD player in the rear of the center console, the newer style has individual players in each screen. There is a small tab at the bottom of the screen, push it up and pull out, the bottom of the screen will tilt out and you insert the DVD up into the back of the screen.

There are two styles, typically. If you do not find a bearing flange and 4 (usually) bolts at the area of the backing plate, you may have a "C" clip style. To release the c style, you remove the pin for the idler spider gears and then push the axle in, then you can get the clip out, and pull the axle.
