You were saying that your computer could not detect any USB devices? Or just one USB device? Alright, you need to isolate the problem, follow the steps below:

1. Use at least 3 USB devices and connect them one at a time to the USB ports of your computer. If the first USB device is not detected, mark the USB port on your computer with "X" mark.

2. Now, connect the same USB device to another USB port of the computer. If you get the same problem, use the second USB device and connect it to the computer. If all 3 USB devices are getting the same problem connecting in all the USB ports of the computer (either on the front or on the back of the computer), then you need to update or re-install the USB driver to your computer.

3. Contact the manufacturer if the computer or the board and see if they could provide a USB driver for *********** board. Tell them what operating system (OS) you are currently running.

Where do you see the error about USB, on the Axiom display or on your computer? Can you give me the exact error? Is the Axiom connected directly into the computer or into a USB hub? (My Axiom 49 only works connected directly) Try restarting both the computer AND the Axiom with ONLY the Axiom plugged in.

Click on this link and navigate to page 61 (USB Mode) to learn how to transfer pictures.

You will have a USB cable provided with the cell phone. Connect the USB cable to the phone on one end and the computer on the other end. The phone will be detected automatically. You can then go to My Computer (Win XP) / Computer (Vista) to check for the device. Double click the new device attached and open the files similar to opening any other document in the computers.

Wont pick it up
Please check the following:

1. Make sure that the USB cable of your MP3 is known working.
2. Connect your MP3 into different USB port of your computer.
3. Connect the MP3 into different computer to see if there's a problem with the computer or with the MP3.

If the MP3 gets detected using another computer, then there's something wrong with your computer. It could be that there's a drive letter conflict or the USB ports could be weak to detect the device.

after you've installed the samsung software and driver,

plug the USB cable for your phone into the BACK of your PC (or a "USB2 slot"), your computer should detect the device properly now.
the USB ports at the front often are not USB2 ports (or aren't configured properly).

this is worth a try before contacting samsung for support.
