go online to amazon.com Below the address bar you will see "Your Account" Place cursor over that and choose Your account at the top of list. I'd say for this click on Kindle help home(on right side) Next page click Contact us on the left. Fill in info and request phone call.
Then let the company you have the account with know that you want to cancel it. Find out the rules as some want cancellation in writing before they honor your request. If it is an account you owe money on you will be required to pay off all amounts owed.
