As far as I know, that switch with 6 terminals is still available. But if not, I would wire the 2 for the power head and the 2 motor wires together. Then you would have 4 leads to attach.

SOURCE: Connecting Leviton Decora light switch.

At the switch you have a feed wire coming in this brings in power which originates in the electric panel. You also have a feed or feeds goings out to other lts or switches, this you seem to have on the switch. instead of the closet switch loop.undo all the wires. find the only hot this is the one wire you can touch to the others and make different lts come on i reccomend getting a electric tester to do this. FInd the wire that goes to the closet lt. Once your sure put it to the side. wirenut all other wires together with the hot wire. this makes all other switches independantly hot. connect the hot to the switch and the closet lt to switch. I HOPE THIS MAKES SOME SENSE TO YOU . let me know if i can help

SOURCE: Where does the extra white wire go from the MC42 electric motor

The red and black wires supply power to the motor to either turn it one way or the other. The white wire is neutral. The motor is dc; look at the nameplate data and it tells you the operating voltage. Black and white make the motor turn one way, power to the red and white and it goes the other way. (Black neg. Red pos.)

Windshield wipers not working

there are little tabs at the end of the arm where it attaches to the wiper trans. if you bend the arms up at the hinge and swing those tabs out the arms will stay up (a small screw driver can be used to move the tabs if they are stuck. A 1/8 screwdriver is a good choice, $4 at sears). once those tabs are out and the arms are holding themselves up just pull. you may need to rock them back and forth a bit but they should just pull off.

To remove the wiper motor itself:
1993 Aerostar/Ranger/Explorer
  1. Turn the wiper switch on. Turn the ignition switch on until the blades are straight up. Then, turn ignition off to keep them there.
  1. Disconnect battery and wiper motor electrical connector.
  1. Remove the right wiper arm and blade.
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  1. Remove the right pivot nut and allow the linkage to drop into the cowl.
  1. Remove the linkage access cover, located on the right side of the dash panel near the wiper motor.
  1. Reach through the access cover opening and unsnap the wiper motor clip.
  1. Push the clip away from the linkage until it clears the nib on the crack pin. Then, push the clip off the linkage.
  1. Remove the wiper linkage from motor crank pin.
  1. Remove nut and ground strap.
  1. Remove three attaching nuts from wiper motor. Remove the motor.

Power Switch

This is not that hard:
1. - remove gasket (it is glued so you may end up damaging it)
2. - remove 4 screws holding baffle
925778f.jpg
3. - under it you will see 4 more screws holding cap
5ca57b7.jpg
4. - Four more screws and you will remove cap cover
3faddd0.jpg
5. - cut the cable tie, make a note how wires are connected, use flat screw driver to press on the latches holding the switch in while pushing onto the switch OUT. Tension will not let the latches pop back in.

6. - reassemble in the reverse order.
NOTE:
Switch - if you have old style switch installed you will need to push something into each hole next to the wires to release them. There is a cooper lip in each hole that you have to bend a bit to release each wire. Installing new style switch (with 4 wires) - attach one power cord wire to one blue switch wire and another to another blue switch wire. Attach one motor and one power nozzle cord receptacle wire to one black and another pair to another black wire.
Gasket - use weatherstripping glue to glue motor gasket back (you can get some in almost any automotive store)
Need parts - visit our store HERE.

No diagrams - sorry. It is Rexair, Inc. intellectual property and we can not use them...
