Workforce 630 paper jam

Epson Workforce 630 has two paper loading areas. One at the bottom and one at the top, back of printer. Make sure you set the printer to correct paper source, or just make sure paper is loaded in both trays to see if it starts taking paper in either one.

Make sure there is no paper even a small piece of it inside the printer. Open all doors and close, remove and replace cartridges and then power off and power on to printer! Most often its a minor problem can be corrected by these measures!

Printer did not show ready status, showing 13.20 error

13.20 is a generic jam message that appears when there is a piece of paper stuck in the printer or one of the flags in the paper path is stuck in the wrong position. Most times this error occurs when one of the flags in the facedown assembly is in the wrong position. One thing you can try is to turn off the power and open the right side door below the manual tray and sitck a piece of letter paper in that opening and then close the door. It will not quite fit right but try your best. Now turn on the printer and after initialization and warm up the printer will attempt to clear the paper path and will feed that sheet thru. If it goes thru the error may now be gone, but most times the paper will jam entering the facedown assembly and stop since there is a piece of paper stuck up there or the the flag is preventing the paper from moving. If it comes thru but you still have the message then one of the 2 flags in that assembly is stuck. Good Luck.

I have an error E2. I have tried to reset the

E2 just says to insert paper and press OK, for some reason the paper is not feeding or the sensor inside is not seeing the paper. Check inside where the paper goes for any obstruction, sometimes ink pens, paper clips, jewelry, etc... fall inside the back and stop the paper from feeding. If your printer has 2 choices for paper make sure the paper is in the right tray and select the correct tray.

Epson R320 "General Error" message - unable to clear

If you are getting a 'carriage jam' error as soon as you turn on your Epson printer with no tasks in progress, then check for any piece of paper stuck in the carriage. Remove the paper carefully. If the paper tears, part of it might remain inside the paper path and damage the product.

Fix 'Carriage Jam' : Open Door, clear carriage jam,
and then press OK to continue' error message
Turn off the printer and open it to see where the paper is stuck.
Manually move the carriage toward the opposite side.
Check the paper path and remove any piece of paper or any other object that is stuck in the path.
Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.
