K810i, how to change menu icons

I'd recommend reflashing your K810i via the Wotan website. You can browse & find a Dutch language version. It's all explained online. Cost is 1.99 Euro for five flashes.

If you have unlocked your mobile it will not show O2. Contact your network provider to check it. If it is not unlocked properly you can try to unlock it again. Unlock codes are also available online like www.theunlockspot.com.

W760 is a latest model as compared to K810i and has been rated better in terms of performance, design and features as compared to K810i. Both have exact similar features so i feel it to be good bargain provided the replacement phone is satisfactory in terms of its condition, performance and looks.

• Tap the arrow to the right to the 'Change home location' icon (looks like a house with a spanner)
• Choose the best option to identify your address (postcode, address, recent destination, etc)

• Mail to orange (UK) network requesting for the unlock code(for more information how to get the unlock code contact your service provider).After receving the code follow the below steps
  

1) In main menu select the Manage connections icon & turn all connections off
2) Select the option icon in the main menu then select the Advanced option
3) Scroll down and select Simcard
4) First type MEPD, select the network as Yes then type MEP2 (it will not be visible) and then type the Unlock code
5) Press Enter to finish.

After doing all the above steps with out switching off the handset remove the batery and sim after few seconds reinsert them again.

My friend had experienced the same problem with her SEK810i. We both bought the K810i last year. Mine is working perfectly fine. but hers suddenly froze, and she cannot even see the phone menu. we tried to go to a service center but they couldn't fix it. So she just bought a new phone. also fro the SE phone collections.
