You can't get into settings with a remote. All televisions HAVE to have a remote. Basic functions only, on off, volume and channel change.

Do you have sound? If so, dim the lights in the room and shine a bright flashlight on the screen and see if you have a faint picture. If you have a faint picture, you have a backlight problem. On most of those sets, the backlight inverter is combined with the power supply so that power supply/inverter board will more than likely be the culprit!

Check and replace the main power regulator board.

Suggest to plug unit in another outlet and run basic troubleshooting again as per user guide.

May want to unplug unit and hold power button for 30 seconds for power cycle.

May want look very closely to screen to see if you are still able to get moving images. (Backlight might be dead)

If none works suggest service for unit.

Have you checked your setting to make sure that you did not turn them of. If that is not it then it could be your signal board.
