Although you say the seal is fine, this is almost certainly due to air getting in. With the door closed check that there isn't a tiny gap with a strip of thin card or plastic. Of course if air is getting in then it must also be getting out somewhere else so probe all around the seal.

Check these two things first. 1. Is there a thick frost buildup on the back panel at the bottom half of the freezer? 2. Do you hear the fan running inside the freezer? Let me know what you find.

The drain has most likely frozen over. It is at the bottom behind the back panel inside the freezer. You will need to remove all of the ice and run hot water down the drain until it is clear.
SOURCE: side of frost free freezer is very hot
the condenser coils of the freezer anre inside the case of the freezer, they are suposed to be hot they are removing the latent heat from inside the freezer to make it cold, no heat transfer no cooling, you will notice the high heat temps a lot of the time after adding food to the freezer or when you just have started it after being turned off for some reason it is fine

I had the same problem with mine (same model number). The top shelf started having a pretty serious ice build up and the lower shelves were not as cold as they had been. We defrosted by pulling out a button that did a defrost cycle, but after that it never got as cold again (hovers around 20 F) amd the hiss is not as pronounced when the door closes.
Has anyone figured out what this might be?
And can someone explain the quick freeze?
