Hello Stephany,

this cooker has an ignition system by pressing the knob of the item that you want to ignite.
As all sparkplugs work and only the oven is the source of the problem, i think that the contact behind the knob of the oven sticks

It looks like this one and is behind the facia, between the knob and the valve.

I hope this helps, Dik

SOURCE: Electric spark for gas range burner is non stop

Turning any knob starts the spark via a switch behind each which should disengage when the (any) knob is turn further.
One of your switches is stuck.

I think you should be able to remove the range-top for access and find the offending switch.
It is probably gummy from a spill and is no longer in solid contact with the cam that operates it.

A solvent/lubricant such as WD-40 sprayed on the plunger of the switch once you can see it and operating the knob back and forth should free it up.

It might be wise to turn off the gas supply while tinkering with the range - blow your house away and the range won't matter. :-(

SOURCE: Griddle burner wont spark

Make certain the burner and burner base are very clean by carefully washing in warm soapy water, using a plastic brush to scrub any residue off the surfaces. Also clean the spark ignition nub in this same way.

Rangemaster Professional+. When I put the oven on the hob burners & grill just keep on ticking until the oven is off again.

I presume it is gas powered? They are available in all sorts of dual fuel variations. When you operate one element all the igniters spark. It sound like the igniter switch for the oven need adjusting. They normally operate on a cam so when you turn the control knob, the cam lobe runs up onto the micro-switch and then off it again creating a ignition spark on the way.

It is a gas appliance, so call for service.

My rangemaster professional + 90 gas is when you turn on the oven and turn up the gas all the burners igniters start working can you please help .

Hello. Normally the ignitors WILL all start sparking--only the burner you've initiated will turn on. All the ignitors are wired together with a harness underneath the cooktop. This harness is connected to a spark module and when you choose whichever burner, it simply energizes the module. Only the burner with gas flowing will ignite. I hope this helps you!
