If you mean the Ricoh MPC 2500 there was a factory bulletin issued about the touch screen. Contact your nearest Ricoh dealer and provide the machine serial number to determine if it is one of the affected units.
Remove the paper from the paper tray and reset the jam by opening the right hand side door. If the machine turns over, replace the paper in the tray and check that the guides, in particular the green guide, is nice and tight around the paper.
It's a RICOH MPC2030? Why do you need to reset the pcu counter? Or the maintenance counter? I repair ricoh from 10 years so i think i can help you, can you explain me better the problem what you have?
are you sure the codes SC202 is ink related and you need to check the covers on the cartridges as the ink has run out...or the head is not recognising the cartridge..
the sc995 is due to a NVRAMM missmatch or failure.. the serial numbers are not recognised.. if you have replaced the controller board it is not correct or faulty. you can get a sd card and do SP5825 to download new details to the new NVRAMM
