I have no idea why you posted your question on Fixya.com, a website intended for asking and answering questions on how to go about REPAIRING THINGS.
You could easily have made a telephone call to your local public library and asked a reference librarian to look the information up for you. (Your taxpayer dollars at work.)
This is the link to the state of Kentucky information regarding juries: https://courts.ky.gov/juryduty/pages/faqs.aspx
There seems to be no upward age limit on jury service. One must be at least age 18 to serve on a jury (any jury) in the state of Kentucky (any county.)
You contact the court (municipal, county, or Federal) court which issued the jury duty notice and ask to have a duplicate (replacement) letter sent to you.
If you look on your jury summons or go to the county web page, it will give you a list of reasons why you can be excused. HOWEVER....jury duty is an honorable thing to do for any citizen.
Your question about jury service exemption landed in the Fixya.com category for Computers & Internet.
Since jury service in the USA is usually for county court juries or for Federal district court juries and since I have no idea what your jury service (county or Federal district) summons was for, you will need to contact either your county court office or the office of the Federal district court where you reside to find out your status as to whether you are exempt from jury duty or not.
