This system does NOT use a blower motor relay. Power flows from the IGN switch to the fan speed switch. Then from the switch to the resistor. Then to the blower motor and to ground #G206.

With the key in RUN, disconnect the electrical connector at the blower motor. Use your volt meter to check for voltage on the purple wire. If you're not getting power and the blower motor fuse is good, then you've got a wiring issue between the motor and the IGN switch. Check for power on the orange wire at the fan speed switch. That power is coming from the IGN switch. If not power, check for power right at the IGN switch on the orange wire. If no power there, you've got a bad IGN switch. If you're getting power, check for good ground on the grey wire. If not ground, clean the ground connection.

What make , model and year vehicle ? Wire connected to my ign. ? Ign. switch , ignition system (coil's , ICM , ) ??????? Starter Wire ???? need more info .

I don't know the 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier, but that shouldn't matter.
Starters have a very simple wiring.
The thing you have to do is find the solenoid wire because all the others go on the one terminal.
Start by attaching the main (thick) cable from the battery to the main terminal on the starter.
Then turn the ign. key on. Nothing will light up.
Try touching each of the smaller wires onto the main terminal until the ignition lights come on. Fit this one to the main terminal permanently.
Now that you have power to the ign. switch, you will be able to find the solenoid wire. It will help if you have a volt meter or test light for the next step.
With someone sitting in the car to work the ign. switch, you test each of the other wires as they turn the switch to the "Start" position. The wire that gets power to it is the solenoid wire and the ONLY one that doesn't go on the main Starter terminal.
The solenoid wire obviously goes to the terminal on the solenoid.

You have the ignition switch wired incorrectly or it's defective.

Yes, test the white wire at the vehilce's ignition. It should test at 12 volts DURING crank.

Can you push it off and pop the clutch in 2nd gear to start.

Wow! That is a dilema! The only thing I can think of is that there is possibly a wiring harness that is rubbed through and when the engine rocks when the clutch is engaged, the wiring harness is shorting to ground. If you can tell me exactly WHICH fuse is blowing I can possibly help you to locate the source of the problem. Please also include WHICH ENGINE your Nissan is equipped with and let me know if it is 2-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive.

Thick wires at IGN SW .... Red(s) - supply power from the battery to the IGN switch ... Pink - ignition supply ... Orange - Accessory power ... Purple most RWD sometimes (Yellow most FWD) - Starter .. Did I miss any? It's been a while The thin wires on the IGN swich are for key sense and VATS (if applicable)

if module is fine try replacing pick-up coil located in distributor.
