Connect a internet cable to your Tv and to the LAN of your router

Start Internet connection and do Manual Internet Setting .
Type your Passwaord when asked.
Save all setting and start Internet browser.Go to Face book web and type your Loging ID and PAsswaord.

Download the user manual to both sets by internet, and see the specification pages.

Usually this occurs due to various reasons. I would suggest a few steps to troubleshoot the issue.

Open the web browser you're using to browse the pages. Check for the tool bars that may be installed.These toolbars gets installed automatically while downloading any applications or files in the Computer. If any toolbars are installed please uninstall them. These toolbars can slow down connecting to the internet.

In order to uninstall these toolbar, perform the below steps:

1. Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs.
2. Under Change or Remove Programs, check the presence of the name of the toolbar in the list of installed programs.
3. Please uninstall the program from the list and check if this resolves the issue.
After performing the above, I would recommend you to restart the Computer once before you access the internet.

I would also suggest that you disable the Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6). Please refer the below article to view the steps:

Also try using different web browsers like Firefox, Safari, Opera etc., and check if the issue still persists.

Please check if the browser is still taking a lot of time to open a web page. If the web page open normally, then I guess it is required to upgrade RAM of the Computer.

Please check whether the issue started after installing any application. If yes, try uninstalling the application and check if this resolves the issue.

If the web page opens slowly, then I suggest that you reinstall the Operating System.
