"Replace Print Cartridge" remains in
display. Then a new AIO cartridge must
be installed. This feature is a safety
measure to prevent the used toner tank
from becoming full (there is no toner
overflow detection mechanism).
try to shake the toner cartridge and reinsert it in the printer, if still getting the blank paper, try to print a stand alone test page or if its a multifunction printer try to make a copy and check if its printing or not
If I remember right, the CL1000 won't print if any of the 4 colors are out. You have to replace the cyan toner in order to print, even in black and white.
If you haven't tried already, you can try taking the cyan toner out and shaking it up (just a little bit) to try to get the printer to find the little bit of toner left in the bottle.
download the RPCS driver from the Ricoh support site and then when you will install the driver go to preference then user settings and adjust the contrast and other options until you get the color of the printed image as you wish to be
You probably have a toner spill which has gone under the transfer roller. Open the right side of the machine and you will see a dark colored roller on the inside of the open part. Stydy it very carefully and you will see how to remove the roller including it's holder. be carefull of the springs, they love to escape. also watch as to how the bushings and gears are assembled so you get them back on properly. Clean any toner out from underneath the roller, replace the assembly and run 10 copies of a white piece of paper. this roller runs on the backside of the paper and can cause your problem. Hope this works for you. Check your paper tray as well as toner can migrate down into them.
