There are two kits available 110V and 220V. The tag inside says 100 - 127V - AC. I'm assuming it's a 110V. How do I know for sure? Thank you

1) Your paper tray may be too full, makes it heavy to lift and not enough pressure for the pick up roller.
2) Pick up roller is slippery, wipe it clean with alcohol to make it abbrasive.

Most likely the fuser has lost part of the teflon from the heat roller. Having said that, the first step in any print quality issues is to change the toner cartridge. good luck!

Hello,
Please let me know what are the other parts you are trying to install.
Also, installing a maintenance kit is not a customer replaceable part.

Hello,
Sure, they are available. Take note there are two part numbers for your printer. You should see this on the back of the printer but it should not make a difference in your particular part need.
The exploded diagram for the ADF is here. You can click on an illustrated part to see its price. This seems very affordable to me on my inspection.
This is the page to start from when selecting a part. What I found is that the Keyword and Category search did not produce results. I clicked on the Select A Diagram link and the selected the product for the ADF in the Category drop down list. This results in a parts explosion where each part shown is a clickable link to a part listing including price.
You should be able to select and purchase from there.
The ADF Top Cover was only $14. That seems pretty fair but I suggest you look at the part explosions and you will know more of which part you need and want exactly.
Thanks for using FixYa,

Hello sir; 51 often in this model, change laser assembly( C2037-69008 ). next tryDC controller ( C2037-69004 ).
The 50.3 is a fuser Temperature error. If your pages have toner
and image but are smudging or smearing you know the fuser is not heating and
needs to be replaced.
If your printer is still under warranty contact HP Customer Care
for warranty replacement of fuser part numbers: RM1-1082 for 110 volt,
RM1-1083 for 220 volt. (888) 999-4747.
