Incomplete lines prints everyother line in microsoft word incomplete, top half of word missing

Printing half a page with an Inkjet machine is not normally a computer issue. So windows 10 would not normally have any effect on the printing for a printer that has been accepted by the Windows 10 Operating System. If there was an issue in the software it would be printing gibberish or not printing at all.

Printing half a page is quite possably something stuck in the printer stopping the ink from getting to that half a page if it is printing down once side but not the other.
Printing half a page being that the top half is printed but not the bottom half (Or the other way around) it could be an air bubble in the feed line which can be cleared with a printhead clean or two.
Printing half a line rather than a full line such as the top half of each letter is clear but the bottom half of each letter is not visable is a blocked printhead. A couple of printhead cleans can also fix this.
Also check to see if the printer is not confused and actually has empty cartridges even if the printer thinks they are full. Brother printers can easily get confused about ink levels. If the cartridges are actually empty, replace them and away it should go again.

You need to run the the setup software that came with the printer to line it up correctly, or the in cartage needs change.

I would go to the epson website and download the latest driver for the printer. More comprehensive printing sofware might require the PCL version of the driver. But for regular printing, just download the latest PS driver and see if that helps

Hello sir; I believe it's time to clean print head and ink cell, power on the machine open the cover ( as you replace cartridge) , when carriage move to the center , then UNPLUG the power cord. then you may move carriage freely by hand all the way to left, noe you can clean up ink cell easily.

Clean Nozel & Heads from utility software

It sounds like you or the sending party has a DIGITAL phone line. ALL faxes are ANALOG.

First try and go to page setup under file and set your bottom and top margins to .25. is every bottom half line faded? If so then yes you might need a new ink cartridge.

go to add and remove in control panel un install your microsoft office then if you have a software microsoft office install it again ok!!!

Try cleaning the paper rollers and the print head.

 

Use a wet cloth to clean the paper rollers.

 

Use a little amount of water and some alcohol (Isopropyl alcohol) to clean the print head. (You may not need to do this if your printer cleans it automatically through software utility.

 

 

This may be also have caused by the low ink level. Replacing the cartridge should solve this problem.
