I have a sanyo 42 inch dp42d23 has sound but no picture. we were told to look on youtube to fix but its not helping. what can be wrong?

Press the MENU button on the remote. If there is no menu wording displaying on the screen, then it's the backlight. Shine a torch onto the screen panel and see if you can see a picture (yes, TV has to be on and tuned in). If you see a picture, then it'll either be the backlighting or the backlighting power supply.

I have a sanyo 42" tv model DP42D23 and a Funai dvd/vcr combo model ZV427FX4 ZV427FX4 A. I cant find how to run audio video from tv to the dvd/vcr to record tv shows. Please help!

From what the Sanyo manual shows, there are no Video outputs, only a digital audio output.

I have a 42 inch lcd tv. The tv will come on but the screen is blue Cant change channel or adjust volume. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

try to unplug it and a cable or sat box if used from power for a while to see if a reboot will help---also the fact you cannot change channel etc means the set experienced some kind of glitch.

There is a problem with the board of your television.That problem is in vertical section, theres a leak capacitor at the vertical section of the board.Its better to replace all the leak capacitor to make the picture back to normal appearance.If you can't do the repair or replacement of of capacitor try,Call a repair technician to do the repair or troubleshooting..Thanks..
