How do I increase the ringtone volume on my sp10 konka mobile...I can't hear it call and it is on full volume

Hello good day,

So very simple,
you need to be in an active call to do this,
so make a call then during the call making you we need to use up and down button (key) to increase the value , this button(key) is beside the phone on the direction pad to increase or decrease the volume

However, this is how to solve the problem on call either on incoming call or out going calls

Thanks.
