Eclipse DA7122 schematic. Need MOSFET P/N"S - Eclipse Car Audio & Video

Touching the supply to the radio to the radio ground effectively reversed the polarity and semiconductors hate that as it destroys many of them in microseconds.
You might be lucky and find the only damage is some burned printed circuit tracks - but it could be much, much worse...

Well its clear you have a nasty short somewhere, problem is with no schematics for this set how will you find the problem much less get the correct part?

Might be better to shop for a different board to replace this board with.

check your rca cables and remote wire or wires and also check the wires to the speaker and in the box and if you have a friend that has a set up in there car swap amps to see if it works any different if it dont you may be able to get it fix at a car audio shop.

There are no schematics for RF amps, normally RF uses standard IRF Mosfets. Can you decribe the area where they blew, Power Supply are usually N-Channel high current type. Outputs can be either N-Ch or P-Ch depending on the Power rail there attached to.

check ac coming in, then go to the rectifier and check for dc volts on the plus and minus, check voltage at 25 volt 10,0000 uf cap should have voltage present. check positive solder joint at the cap and print board.

Did you hook up your other amp again to make sure nothing happened in your wiring? *curious*
