My Akai Ict3201ad Tv has a very dark gray screen with 2 vert prple thin lines, have green light and sound. What say you?

Left Front Speaker Positive Wire (+): Dark Green/Yellow
Left Front Speaker Negative Wire (-): Dark Green/Light Blue

Right Front Speaker Negative Wire (-): Gray/Light Blue
Left Rear Speaker Positive Wire (+): Gray/Light Green

According to autozone online, there are two black wires for ground, a dark green to key power, orange to batt power, gray to dash lights, dark blue and dark green to steering wheel controls when equipped, a purple-while for light dimmer and gray to computer data link.
The dark green that has voltage powers the radio and the orange is for the station memory. The gray wire with power when the dash lights are on is for the radio light.

your tv has a vert problem

This sounds like a loose solder joint, or overheated component. I know this may sound like a **** question, but have you tried tapping the TV to see if it goes away? If it does, you will need a tech to re solder the loose component. I have also seen this type of line and color bleed problem, believe it or not from poor cabling or loose connections.

you have a vertical output problem,take something insulated and prod around board and see if pix starts to flutter,then you could have a "cold-solder" joint,otherwise its more than likely a capacitor between the vert driver circuit and the vert output circuitry,

Was the circuit board damaged?

Those sound like what is called "scan lines" and are the result of the way the picture is "drawn" on the face of the screen. Something in the set is allowing too much drive to the screen, as these are usually suppressed during normal operation...accordianman
