They probably forgot to put the little locking barrel back in before hammering the links shut again. Some watches have the link, the pin, and a barrel that goes in the link before the pin is hammered in. If your watch needs this barrel then the pin will NOT stay in without it, no matter what.

The range in free air is 100-150 feet with the original antenna. Since you have at least two walls of unknown composition and 30 feet minimum of space between buildings, it's unlikely. that a straight connection will work. You might consider a TP-Link access point and 2 larger antennas to send the signal farther.

Your friend is able to go online using the same wireless network. that means the wireless network is working properly and there might be a problem with your computer .
You said that you can connect to the wireless network but you can not go online.
Check the IP address and the default gateway of the computer.
Try to ping the router and DNS server and check what happens.
Make sure that there is no static IP address on the computer.

In our cloud website:
1. Go to www.tplinkcloud.com, on the login page, click "Forget password".

2. In the page below, type in the E-mail address you used to register the cloud account and click OK.

3. Then website will send an email to you as well, which is the same with the guide when using tpCamera app or Kasa app, you can follow the guide to create a new cloud password for your cloud account.

If your Alexa says "Alexa Having trouble understanding right now", then you need to troubleshoot the Alexa device.

5 ways to try to fix it

If Alexa having trouble understanding issues arise then you need to shutdown Alexa for a few minutes and after restart the Alexa Device.
Unplug the Echo Device and Plug after few minute
