I had a similar problem. There's a thermostat before the control panel. You need to remove the knobs and the front panel to get to it. You'll also need to remove a couple of trim pieces to keep from bending the panel. The part number is Whirlpool W10017820, sells for about $40.

SOURCE: No electrical power to ovens and control panel.
It appears that you have lost one half of your power. That is you no longer have 220 volts but do have 110, enouch to power the electronic ignition. I would check the circuit breaker first to see if it is sending power on both hot wires or just one.

These electronic controls are very sensitive to power surges. I am afraid your control is now bad and must be replaced.
There are no fuses or reset buttons.

SOURCE: Model KDRP407HSS4. The display
Here is the main support page for that model showing the detailed schematic diagrams and the parts lists with prices:

Double check the circuit breakers at the house's main electrical panel and ensure that you are getting the correct voltage at the oven's electrical supply outlet.
Also try pressing the cancel button or setting the clock time on the oven control unit.
If resetting the circuit breakers does not clear the PF error code fault condition, then you probably need a new Oven Control Unit ($200) which is labelled item 5 on the Control Panel Parts diagram.
If the unit is still under warranty I would contact your local service representative and arrange a service call. If the warranty has already expired, then unless you are confident and comfortable disassembling a significant portion of your oven to carry out a moderately difficult repair, I would contact a local appliance technician and have them do the work.
Thank you very much and good luck.
