Most Whirlpool model numbers start with two or three letters and have another two letters later in the number. W10198615D may be your serial number or a Lowe's product number, not the Whirlpool model number.
Usually though the model number and serial number aren't on the back of the stove. The plaque with this data is on the rim of the oven behind the warming or storage drawer.
If you know the model number of the stove. Go to Repair Clinic.com web site. Type in the model number, all available parts for that model number will be displayed. You can also call them on thier 800 number. i have used this site many times and found the people very helpful.
I have the same problem. After anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes the oven(s) switch off and the light and clock start flashing - I have to switch the cooker on and off to start using the oven again.
Easy- take off back of console and you'll see what else needs to be done. Take overlay off old clock to reuse. I cannot see your reply due to some tech issue w/ the site, so it may be a day or so before I can reply again. Please leave feedback for me if appropriate. Thanks
