How Do Pair My Phone to Bluetooth Device

Have you tried a soft reset of the unit?

Try uninstall and install again the devices/

If the headset has never been paired with another device, simply open the headset boom. The indicator light becomes steadily lit in purple. http://www.motorola.com/mdirect/manuals/QG-H700_9499A88O.pdf

If you haven't figured it out by now, you have to push and hold the button down until it starts flashing.
Just a simple push of the button will not work.
If it's not connecting to the phone then you haven't paired it to the phone.
Pairing must be done for it to work.
The instructions should be with the headset.

Enter the code 10 times false, then your phone will reset himself and let create new one.

check the batteries on the BT headset

usually it's pretty simple, you have to turn the h700c on, usually it's by holding the button for few second untill you get the blue light on permanent for a few seconds, now go to your phone and look for the blutooth settings, now you should have an option find other devices. after your phone found the headset you'll have an option "connect" or "pair" or somthing from that kind.

Defently is. Pair it on both phones just make sure that you disconnect the other before you pair the other. and vice versa.

im having a problem with my h700c and my lg too it was paired with a samsung and i got the lg now the phone phone the BT fine it just wont pair,wat can it be?

Hold the mutifunction button with the mouth piece close, until it turn purple, then open the mouth piece so that it will stay in the pairing mode. Now go ahead and have your phone or blackberry search for H700c
