The error code E0019 is the waste toner bottle is full you need to empity out the waste toner bottle and make sure the neck of the bottle is totaly clean and clear, a sensor reads dirt on the neck that the bottle is full. To clear that code after cleaning the waste toner, turn the main power switch off on the right side of the copier. The waste toner bottle is on the left hand side toward the rear of the copier and is held in with one screw. The E00225 deals with the scanning lamp. you will have to replace the lamp and the lamp PCB as a set to solve that problem. Good Luck...

the serial number PCB and that of the controller PCB
(SRAM)/counter memory is detected.
•When turning ON the power, it is detected that no serial
numbers are assigned to the serial number PCB and the
controller PCB (SRAM)/ counter memory , if you are try to change the counter pcb to get rid of high meter reading this error is possible, this a security measure of canon to prevent meter tampering
