LCD inverter module may have encountered a failure. Most common is an electrolytic capacitor failing in the power supply. Examine the board to see if any of the caps have a bloated or raised top, they should not be swollen or leaky. If so find the replacement capacitor # on line and replace. You will require a modicum of soldering skills. You indicate the tv is 6 months old.
Return it for warranty service, do not open your tv or you will void your consumer warranty.

If you log on without the suffice on the address, one can log on to the three month extended warranty.
Give your supplier a stern email or go and see them if you bought it locally.

If you bought it from a supermarket and it is run by sky, it is a dead link!
Type in the link without the six month suffix, you should be able to extend up to 3 months.
Complain to the supplier, it is their responsibility as one could argue that the extended warranty offered was the reason why one chose the TV set and tell them that you are unhappy.

Just go to the service center where you bought that tv ,cause its ,one year warranty period. just consult your tv to the costomer service personel.
