How to fix the L 5 error on bowflex treadclimber

Examine the section on transporting the treadclimber. It well may be you don't want to do an entire disassembly.

There are several versions of this unit. If you do not have the manual for this model, I recommend performing a search and downloading it. The manual is an assembly manual. It details the parts. It also has a section on getting the treadclimber ready for transport. Rather than trying to tear down the treadclimber and reducing it to its pre-assembly form, I suggest you examine the transport section.

I think I have 4 boards in total. They all give me error code h30. Do yourself a favour and don’t buy a bowflex treadclimber.

I have the exact problem. My machine is 3 days old. I am also getting this H03, H13, H24 error. I called the 1-800 number for the Treadclimber TC20 and they informed me that a handful of machines were sent out with a bad control board. I am waiting for a replacement board.

where are you located

TC1000 from Bowflex, works okay for 15 mins then the speed surges ahead and stops dead with error E1

Unplug your machine, restart it and try to calibrate it one more time. I had to do this with mine and it did take more than one try to get it to recalibrate again.
