Hy hello, i have a little problem....i have a canon bjc 6200 printer but i don't have the CD to instal it on my computer, and o don't find it on net.canon bjc 620 is the same thingh with canon bjc 6200? can you help me please.

Have you installed the driver for this printer in your computer. The driver is in the CD/DVD that came with the printer when you bought. If you have the cd, insert it in the dvd player of your computer and let it play. Just follow the on-screen instructions.

If you don't have the cd with you, just visit the website of canon and you can download the driver from there. Click on the link below:

You will be directed to a page where you can see a map of the world. Just select your location. It will then ask you to enter your product type and the operating system. Just download the driver and install it in your computer.

Go to this link. Select Windows XP in the Select OS box. Download the driver and follow instructions to install the driver. Do not connect or turn on the printer until the installation program tells you to do so.
