It is rare for a Range Mfg. to supply pots/pans/or other cooking instruments with their products. Yes, you should have saved the old hardware. I suggest you seek new cookware from eBay, Amazon, or WalMart.

heres a part number for a power cord 8566201, it costs about $50.. the same cord you can purchase at the big hardware store chains, home depot or Lowes, a heavy duty extension cord, with one end cut off, will be a fine sustitute and probly only $10 tops.. just buy a real thick extension cord

if the plans state 5" clearance thats what it is.the repercussion is the oven needs to "breathe" and it causes no fire hazards to cabinets for example.there is also fireproof material available to disperse the heat that can be placed between oven sides and cabinets.go to home depot or lowes and ask a salesperson,he can help you further.
