I have a Jensen awm960 in my rv and it has a blue screen but nothing else is working, i have no idea where the reset button is. All the fuses are good all wires are connected, any ideas.

I just bought the uv8. Ist I must say i hate it, it was the worst purchase made. Amoungst others problems, your answer to solve no audio is this.

MAKE SURE U CHECK THE FUSES UNDER THE HOOD.

Yup - they are stuck in there good. You need to remove the cover and get inside to remove the disk(s).

I have a Jensen JCD2010 in my travel trailer. There is power to the unit, but there is no display. Nothing happens when I push the buttons and dials. The display is blank. Could it be that it is due to me...

It should have two power inputs.
One is connected to the battery, uses very little power to maintain presets, maybe an LED also. The other is via ignition switch.
My Jensen 2620 requires both inputs to function.

Jensen LCD JE1907DC keeps looping the Jensen intro logo.

I don't have a solution but do have the same problem.
I took it in a reputable shop and they told me the main board was gone and they could not get parts for it.
I just found out that Jensen is a Audiovox trademark.
