Sorry HP is the only one that will have the software, no way around it.

Which C5150 do you mean?

If you have an HP Photosmart C5150 all-in-one, it will work with Windows 10. HP has the full-featured (drivers and the HP Photosmart Suite) and diagnostic software here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-photosmart-c5100-all-in-one-printer-series/1153538/model/1153544 .

If you have an OkiData C5150, the available drivers for that support Windows 7 (32 or 64 bit) and older versions of Windows. The compatibility tricks that let older drivers work may not work with Windows 10. (Microsoft now requires signed drivers and the available x64 driver from Oki may not meet the requirements.)

When you upgrade to Windows 10, the OS only installs the basic printer driver. This does not support the scanner feature. You must reinstall the HP driver package for your printer. You can get it from the HP support site. If there is no driver listed for Windows 10, you will find that most Windows 7/8/8.1 driver packages will work with Windows 10.

Likely you have something like 100 copies set in the driver, so when you tell your program 10, that gets multiplied.
Many manufacturers don't update printer drivers, but the old one may work for you, or Microsoft may include one in the Windows install.

- to tell you honestly HP did not support windows 98 for their new printers... so there is no way you can find the driver for windows 98... all you can do is to upgrade your OS to XP or vista....
