How do I get speaker to work with Samsung S5 with good sound quality

Be sure JBL is charged, press the power button on JBL, press the Bluetooth button on JBL. Turn on your phones bluetooth, make it visible to all devices, make it search for aplliances. When it finds JBL - pair it (you may have to make up a pairin number). The "sun" button controls different sound qualities. And turn the volume up! You should download the JBL MUSIC FLOW APP from the APP STORE to make the most of it.

Turns off on its own

If you feed the speakers a sub-audible tone, they will stay on and will not interfere with your notification tones. Use an online tone generator at <10Hz and make sure the system volume is turned all the way up. You may need to reduce the tone volume on the website to prevent pulsing of your notification tones.

Cyan and majenta tone is not good

Solution : Perform an Automatic Gradation Adjustment (Color Calibration) Automatic Gradation Adjustment compensates for tones when the color tones shift in color copies / prints. Compensating for color tones maintains the quality of color copies / prints made by the machine at a fixed level.

NOTE: Output of the Automatic Gradation Adjustment chart is added to the metered copy count.

NOTE: When Gradation Adjustment is selected, the following changes will be made to default copy settings set in System Settings mode:
  • Copy Density = Normal or Auto
  • Color Shift =Normal
  • Saturation = Normal
  • Color Balance = 0
  • Sharpness = 0
  1. Press the [Access] button (key symbol) on the Control Panel. The Access button is located above the number "3" on the numeric keypad.

  2. Using the numeric keypad, enter your administrator password and select [Confirm] on the Touch Screen. The System Administration Menu screen will be displayed.

NOTE: If you do not know the password, contact your administrator. The initial password at machine install is 11111. If the administrator encounters a problem with changing the password, or forgets the password, a service call must be placed.

  3. Select [System Settings]. The System Settings screen will be displayed.
  4. Select [System Settings] again.
  5. Select [Common Settings].
  6. Select [Image Quality]. The Image Quality Adjustment screen displays.
  7. Select [Automatic Gradation Adjustment].
  8. Load 8.5 x 11 inch (216 mm x 279 mm) or A4 (210 mm x 297 mm / 8.3 x 11.7 inch) paper in Tray 5 (Bypass Tray). Adjust the paper tray edge guide so that the guide gently touches the edge of the paper stack.
  9. Select the desired gradation adjustment screen.
  10. Press [Start]. The Adjustment Chart is output.

NOTE: When printing the color chart for Auto Gradation and you get the message,'Auto Graduation Procedure has completed with an error' make sure that 8.5 x 11 inch (216 mm x 279 mm) paper is loaded into Tray 5 Long Edge Feed (LEF).

  11. Place the Adjustment Chart face-down on the Document Glass with both the Magenta color patches against the left side of the glass.
  12. Place 5 sheets of white paper on top of the Adjustment Chart and close the Document Glass Cover.
  13. Press [Start].
  14. To continue Automatic Gradation Adjustment with other screens, repeat steps 6 to 10. When you are finished, select [Close] until the System Settings screen is displayed.
  15. Select [Exit] to exit the System Settings mode.
Hope it helps!

Can't figure out how to adjust darkness/tone for printer output

Hi,
Below you can see a step by step procedure on how to change the print quality of your work....you need to make test printouts in order for you to see the results....at the end there is a link to the manual for your printer...GOOD LUCK!!!

Print-quality settings affect print resolution and toner usage.
Use the following procedure to change print-quality settings:
1. Open the printer Properties (or Printing Preferences in Windows 2000 and XP).
2. On the Paper/Quality tab or the Finishing tab (the Paper Type/Quality tab for some Mac drivers),
select the print quality setting you want to use. The following options are available:
● 1200 dpi: This setting uses ProRes 1200 to provide fine-line detail at 1200 x 1200 dpi.
● 1200 dpi effective output quality: This setting provides 1200 dpi effective output quality
using FastRes 1200.
● 600 dpi: This setting provides 600 x 600 dpi output with Resolution Enhancement technology
(REt) for improved text.
● EconoMode: Text is printed using less toner. This setting is useful when you are printing
drafts. You can turn on this option independently of other print-quality settings.

Oh, it's the colors you are having a problem with. Then you probably want to perform an Auto Gradation Adjustment. It's on pages 162-163 of the manual found here: http://download.support.xerox.com/pub/docs/DocuColor_3535/userdocs/any-os/en/3535_User_Guide.pdf

Here is what it says:

Auto Gradation Adjustment
Auto Gradation Adjustment is a color calibration for the copier and printer. An Auto Gradation Adjustment compensates for differences between the actual and the expected toner densities for each color. An Auto Gradation Adjustment should be performed whenever there is a noticeable change in the appearance (quality) of the output, particularly changes in color
tones or densities. Performing an Auto Gradation Adjustment on a regular basis will help to maintain consistent color quality over time.

NOTE: Since an Auto Gradation Adjustment can affect all jobs for all users, it is recommended that this procedure be performed only by the Machine Administrator.

Copy Job - Text Compensates tones when a text original is copied.
Copy Job - Photo Compensates tones when a photo original is copied.
Print Job Compensates tones when printing with controller line screen.
Network Controller - 1 Compensates tones when printing with Network Controller screen type 1.
Network Controller - 2 Compensates tones when printing with Network Controller screen type 2.

NOTE: Printing the chart for Auto Gradation does not increase the meter count.
NOTE: When gradation adjustment is executed, the following
changes will be made to default copy settings set in System Settings mode: Copy density = Normal or Auto, Color Shift = Normal, Saturation = Normal, Color Balance = 0, Sharpness = 0.
NOTE: When Print or Network Controller gradation adjustment is executed, the printer’s output profiles for the available screen types are compensated.

1 On the Image Quality Adjustment screen, select Auto Gradation Adjustment.
2 Load 8.5x11 inch or A4 paper into Tray 5 (Bypass). Move the paper guide to gently touch the edge of the paper.

3 Select the desired gradation adjustment screen:
• Copy Job - Text
• Copy Job - Photo
• Print Job
• Network Controller - 1
• Network Controller - 2
Press Start. The Adjustment Chart is output.
4 Place the Adjustment Chart face down on the Document Glass with both Magenta color patches against the left side of the glass.
5 Place 5 sheets of white paper on top of the Adjustment Chart and close the DADF. Select Start.
6 To continue Auto Gradation Adjustment with other screens, repeat steps 2 to 5. When you are finished, select Close until the System Settings screen is displayed.
7 Select Exit to exit the System Settings mode.
