You probably will need to replace the bobbin case. It is probably only available from Husqvarna Viking. You can find the nearest dealer by click on the "Dealer" link at http://www.husqvarnaviking.com

How to open the right front cover on a brother Ls2125? The manual only talks about how to change the light bulb.
I look at my manual & at the back of the of the thread take up lever ,where the thread guide is behind the machine on the top left hand side is a screw, just unscrew it take off the face plate & change the bulb & put the screw back in

Look in your owners manual, on page 42 they have an excellent diagram, it is hard to explain to do without pictures so I advise you to refer to your manual. If, you do not have one, go to brother-usa.com and you can download one for free on their website under support

Brother vx-950 sewing machine
Place thread spool on the spool pin at back right top of machine. From there, thread through 1) rear thread guide (little hook), 2) front thread guide (front hook), 3) down and up through the thread tension dial from right to left so that thread picks up the thread spring check (the little spring on the left of the tension dial). 4) Through the thread take-up-lever, from right to left (the little lever that goes up and down). 5) Through the thread guard and guides (one on the front, one on the needle arm). 6) Through the needle, front to back. Bobbin case is moving out of place
I was having the same problem with my machine and finally the spring broke. I couldn't find any parts for this so my husband made me a new spring out of a coke can! LOL!! Anyway, he messed with it for a while and it kept doing it. He figured out that it was not the spring but the other piece under the spring was not pushed up far enough to keep the bobbin case in place so he took a screw driver and pushed it forward toward the bobbin case and now my bobbin case does not move!! And the machine is sewing perfect! At least for now. Anyway, it's not the spring or the thread adjusting screw!
