Packard Bell easy not wont turn on

it needs a new battery.

Try to use other Power addapter with same voltage and connector.

If you already have replaced your battery then you might need a new charger which is not charging your any battery at all.

On most PC's it is an indication that the battery is dead and getting ready to shut down the pc. Thus, may answer why it wont turn on. If it has some age on it MY guess is the battery pack has failed and won't accept a charge. If the charger is good, remove the battery and plug in the charger and see if it will turn on. Some PC's require a battery to operate. You may be lucky. Battery packs are available at placed like Amazon and Ebay and Yahoo.

the short cable running from the power button to the main board has probably snapped where it passes over the RH hinge. remove the screen surround to gain access to the power on switch area and check. it would seem to be a common fault with the packard bell

try a new charger cord

Shorted DC connector in the laptop.
Needs replacement.

bad abttery buy new one 1st even tho says charge dont have eneghf power in it to suport it all ok buy new try that 1st

Most laptop batteries die - that is, fail to hold a charge, after a few years use, and have to be replaced. That is the probably the reason for your problem.
