Toto washlet s300 has developed leak behind brass connection to supply line. Can I disassemble main unit and repair?

Unit 10 years old. Developed small leak not where connects with supplied lines but behind brass connection leading into washlet unit. Further examination will require removing back of Washlet Main unit. Can I do this without further damage to main unit?

SOURCE: Toto C100 Toilet Washlet Seat

There are two types of bowls as far as toilets are concerned...elongated and round front. The seats are interchangable as long as there isn't anything different in the way the seat is mounted to the toilet. As far as I know and my experiance with both brands, I can't see any reason why it would not work.

SOURCE: Toto Washlet C100: main cleansing

If the front to back clean washlet is not working that means to get it to work you need to replace the seat. Call toto I heard that there was a recall on them.

SOURCE: Itchy rash on my bottom.

Hello

You should use the TOTO without the deodorizing sprayer for a few days and see if there is a change but i doubt that it has anything to do with the agent. Maybe you just have a very sensitive skin that reacts to some ingridients in the deodorizer

Toto washlet s300 has developed slow leak from behind brass connection and plastic.

If you are able to identify the source of the leak, you may be able to fix it yourself. If the leak is coming from the brass connection, you may need to replace the connection or tighten it. If the leak is coming from the plastic, you may need to replace the plastic part or use a sealant to stop the leak. If you are unable to identify the source of the leak, it is best to contact a professional plumber to help you diagnose and repair the issue.

Everything works, but water will not come out of the wand. Changed all filter, checked water lines? Read the manuel, tried all trouble shooting answers.

The supply line running from the junction valve to the seat is kinked or pluged in some other way way. take that line lose at the juction valve and see if you can blow air through it.

My seat is a few months old and stopped heating, any solutions?

If within a year of purchase it is still in warranty and Toto will repair it. Unfortunately they don't seem to offer on-site repair, you must remove and send it in.

Toto Washlet weak

If you are using well water you might want to upgrade your filtration system.or add a mixing valve to the water supply of your washlet and add a filter there, you answer your own question you have very hard water. So the product is getting abnormal; wear and tear. Without making changes to your water supply you will continue to prematurely go thru fixtures,

Lower element leaks between brass and plastic power board

You need to check for a leak from one of the supply lines, if they aren't leaking, then the unit has developed from the tank. If that is the cause, you will have to replace the water heater.

No water comes out of the wand

I had this problem and here is the solution. Remove the cover where the water supply hose goes into the diverter fitting. It is on the left side of the toilet and has a single screw. It is where the washlet shutoff valve is. On top of this valve (diverter) are two brass fittings. One is built into the diverter and the other is coming from the top. The top fitting should fit into the bottom fitting. If you look closely, the top brass fitting is connected to a gray hose. The two brass fittings need to be tightly coupled. If they come apart (by more than 1/8 inch) water will not enter the washlet. There is a check valve that will prevent water flow. Depending upon the manufacturing dates, there are units with and without fastener guides that hold these two brass parts together. Mine had a plastic piece which did a poor job of holding these pieces together. Customer support told me that I needed a metal fastener and instructed me to remove the plastic fastener. When I held the two brass parts together the washlet worked fine. So, when I get the metal fastener I expect the washlet to work again.
