i guess you mean starter is dead, and all lights dead.
pointing to....
the battery is dead, did you jumper cable start it?
if that works the battery is bad, dead or only dischanged.
if that dont work make sure the battery cable lugs are cleaned.
no rust on cable ends( that green junk there that all cars get)
if the head lamps die (they work key off so...)
then the battery is dead, or rusty lugs.
if battery is dead, charge it. using a charger.
you will have to unhook your prostarter or get someone to replace its burnt from charge then after pro start is unhooked then put battery back in the turn key over.
Your car probably has an aftermarker remote car starter module installed that you reset, by changing the battery. It has nothing to do with your actual car starter. You will need to shut down(valet) or uninstall that aftermarket remote car starter module to get it to stop trying to start your car with no keys in the ignition.
Connect the charger to the terminals on the baqttery not the cable ends. This will ensure a good connection. If battery still does not charge fully, replace it, clean the cable ends before attaching them. Then put a volt meter on the battery and check that charging system is putting out at least 13.5v a little more is ok, With accessories on including high beams lowest reading should be 12.75 and not drop even after five or ten minutes. Jumping across a bad battery will often prevent enough power to the starter, If still in no-start with new battery starter may also have failed.(but will need testing to verify.
