Touch it and you will see different folders. Choose the folder where your picture is located. Once you locate the folder just tap the picture you want to attach.
-when you get into your pictures (doesn't show anything i know) just see below the screen you have an option "up". When you touch it it takes you to your "sd card" from there u can select your pictures if you have in your camera folder. If not touch the "sd card" on the side left bottom and you get a pop up window with "device" option. Touch it and you will see different folders. Choose the folder where your picture is located. Once you locate the folder just tap the picture you want to attach.
You have two options.
Use a WiFi service, either at home or free at a mall. Access the Blackberry app-world site. Select apps, free or type in WhatsApp and download the app to your Blackberry. It will reinstall on your phone.
The other is to access a recent backup you had done using BlackBerry Desktop Manager and click the restore option. When prompted, click yes.

It does appear the BlackBerry Z10 is supported. I don't know about your carrier because you didn't provide that information. I don't know what error message that your are receiving.
